We welcome a excellent coach and a great person to the family of The Bay Eagles Football team. You don't always get the man you want for a job, but we truely won all the way around this time. It is an honor to introduce to you our new boss, Head Coach Greg Castellanos. As a youngster growing up in Tigertown Massillon, Ohio. Two of lifes decisions were predetermined. 1 Growing up in church.and 2 Playing football for the Massillon Tigers. Secure with the knowledge of a Baptist up bringing. Tiger football was Coach Gregs life. When his mom made a decision to move out of the district. With a greater focus on football. Coach excelled as a stand-out student athlete at Canton Central Catholic, earning himself a Division 2 scholarship to Ashland University. After a tour of duty in the U.S. Navy. Marriage and a family brought him to Hampton Roads and a opportunity to get involved in footbaal came his way and he excepted an assistant coaches position in the DFL. (Diamond Football League)He would later take on full responsibilty as Head Ball Coach. Coach Greg: " I am excited about the opportunity to now help make The Bay Eagles a championship caliber football program in the EFA.
